Check-In
Upon arrival, our friendly receptionist will welcome you. Please be prepared to show a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 years or older. As part of your purchase experience you will be offered membership to our Sky High Loyalty Club. This rewards program is free to join and offers you dollars back to spend on future purchases.
Product Selection
Now, your interactive Blue Oak experience begins. Once inside the waiting area, you can use a tablet to browse our product menu, download our app to place an order, or set yourself up for one of our cashless ATM payment methods. If you would like to speak with a sales specialist about our products or pick up an order you just placed, please step inside our sales area.
Product Consultation
Once inside, our educated service team will guide you through our selection of products, including education on strains, effects and consumption methods. If a private conversation is your preference, you can meet a service member in our exclusive consultation room.
Purchasing
After finalizing your selections, we will wrap your items in our discreet packaging. You may be asked to present your state issued license again at check out. Payment methods we accept include cash, AeroPay and Payomi, with an on-site ATM available for your convenience. We offer a 10% discount to Veterans, Seniors, Students, and Teachers who can present proof at point of sale.
